GK Save Analytics (the “Service”) establishes this Privacy Policy in order to handle appropriately the information of those who use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

The Service may collect or store the following information.

  • Name or display name
  • Email address
  • Competition category
  • Match information such as match date, opponent, competition name, playing time, match notes, and video URLs
  • Analysis data such as saves, goals conceded, off-target shots, shot location, shot placement, time period, shot technique, defensive influence, and dominant hand
  • Registered goalkeeper names and other information entered by the User
  • Billing management information such as the subscription plan, contract status, Stripe Customer ID, and Stripe Subscription ID
  • Authentication information, cookies, and other technical information necessary to provide the Service
  • Information about use of the Service, such as page view history, operation history, and dates and times of use

Payment information such as credit card numbers is managed by Stripe, and the Service does not, as a general rule, store it directly.

2. Purposes of Use

We use the collected information for the following purposes.

  • To provide the Service and authenticate Users
  • To store and aggregate match data and display analysis results
  • To manage pricing plans, subscriptions, and payment status
  • To respond to inquiries
  • To investigate defects, ensure security, and prevent unauthorized use
  • To understand and analyze how the Service is used
  • To improve the quality of the Service and enhance its features
  • To create statistical information processed into a form that cannot directly identify individuals, and to use it to improve the Service
  • To respond to acts that violate laws or the Terms of Service

3. Use of External Services

The Service uses the following external services to provide the Service.

Supabase

Used for user authentication, storing information in the database, and other backend functions of the Service.

Stripe

Used for payment of paid plans, recurring billing, subscription management, and the like. Information required for payment is handled in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy and related rules.

Vercel

Used as the delivery and operating infrastructure for the Service’s web application.

In connection with the use of these services, information may be handled on servers located outside Japan.

4. Provision to Third Parties

The Service does not provide a User’s personal information to third parties without the person’s consent, except in the following cases.

  • Where based on laws and regulations
  • Where necessary to protect life, body, or property
  • Where, to the extent necessary to provide the Service, handling is entrusted to a subcontractor or service provider
  • Other cases permitted by law

5. Use of Cookies, etc.

The Service may use cookies and other technologies to the extent necessary to maintain login status, ensure security, and otherwise provide the Service.

6. Management of Information

The Service takes reasonable safety-management measures to prevent unauthorized access to, and the loss, leakage, or alteration of, the information it collects.

We control access to data on a per-User basis and protect information to the extent necessary.

7. Data Retention

Data registered by a User is retained for the period necessary to provide the Service.

Even where some data becomes hidden on screen due to a change in pricing plan, it is not necessarily deleted immediately.

Information that must be retained by law may be retained for the necessary period even after account deletion.

8. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc. of Information

A User may request the disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, and the like of their own personal information in accordance with the law.

If you wish to do so, please contact us via the Service’s contact point. After verifying your identity, we will respond in accordance with the law.

9. Use by Minors

If a minor uses the Service, please use it after obtaining the consent of a guardian or other legal representative as necessary.
