Price
During the Early Access period (until September 30, 2026), the Service is free to use. During this period, no application for a paid plan and no payment occur. In addition, the end of Early Access does not automatically move you to a paid contract or charge you. If you apply for a paid plan after Early Access ends, the prices are: Free: €0, Individual: €13.99/month, Coach: €39.99/month, Analytics: €69.99/month. The latest pricing is shown on the Plans & Pricing page.
Additional charges besides the price
Internet connection fees, communication charges, and the like necessary to use the Service are borne by the User.
Payment method
Credit card via Stripe and other payment methods provided by Stripe.
Payment timing
No payment occurs during the Early Access period. After Early Access ends, if a User applies for a paid plan, the first usage fee is charged at the time of application, and thereafter it is charged automatically every month until cancellation.
Timing of service provision
After the payment procedure is completed, you can, as a general rule, use the features of the applicable plan immediately.
Contract period and automatic renewal
Paid plans are continuous contracts on a one-month basis. Unless the User completes the cancellation procedure, the contract renews automatically each month.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time by going from “Manage payment and subscription” within the Service to the Stripe customer portal.
Effect of cancellation
Even after the cancellation procedure, you can, as a general rule, use the plan you are subscribed to until the end of the current billing period. No fee is charged on or after the next renewal date.
Returns and refunds
As the Service is a digital service, there are no returns after provision begins. Except where a refund is required by law, we do not, as a general rule, provide pro-rated refunds for cancellation partway through a contract period or refunds of usage fees already paid.
Operating environment
A device that can connect to the internet and a recent, common web browser are required. Depending on the device or browser environment, some features may not be available.

International paid transactions (Managed Payments)
Seller / Merchant of Record
For international paid transactions using Managed Payments, Sold through Link, LLC acts as the Merchant of Record and processes the transaction. The operator of GK Save Analytics is responsible for providing the Service, usage rights, and product support. Payment-related documents may display “Sold through Link”.
Tax
VAT, GST, sales tax, and other indirect taxes applicable to the relevant transactions are determined, calculated, collected, filed, and remitted by the Merchant of Record in the applicable regions. This does not include the operator's income tax, business income, or other taxes arising on the operator itself, nor transactions outside Managed Payments.
Receipts and transaction documents
For Managed Payments transactions, receipts and transaction information relating to the payment may be provided by Stripe / Link.
Refunds
Refunds for Managed Payments transactions are also subject to the Managed Payments refund policy (a refund may be issued at the discretion of Managed Payments or based on law, transaction handling, and the like).
